100 Fires Project Treasure Hunt
The folks at Western Fire Resources have put together a 100 Fires Project Treasure Hunt challenge to help increase awareness for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. This Treasure Hunt is a fun, yet difficult, quest that encourages the study of our wildfire history.
The intent of the Treasure Hunt is for wildfire units (crews, engines, departments, companies) to spend time researching, debating, and learning from the most influential fires in our history which are found within the 100 Fires Project timeline.
This is a chance to put your team’s learning culture to work. The treasure hunt contains 3 challenges. Units that complete each challenge will be recognized by the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. The first unit to complete all 3 challenges and provide us with the final answer will have their name forever etched in history as the winners of the inaugural 100 Fires Project Treasure Hunt and receive a prize for the unit to always treasure.
